Production Alert FilmLA

Due to the devastating wildfires that recently swept thorough multiple communities along the Santa Monica Mountains, many area locations remain off limits for filming.  FilmL.A. joins all Angelenos in appreciation of the firefighters and other emergency responders still working diligently to contain these fires and safeguard lives and property.

Any property still subject to evacuation order, or made inaccessible due to local road closures, is not available for filming.  The map at the link below indicates current evacuation areas (shaded red) and areas where evacuations have been lifted (shaded green). The red triangles with exclamation points indicate road closures.  This map is subject to change, and no location in the vicinity of recent fires should be presumed available for filming unless specifically discussed with local authorities.  All requests to film within unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County are reviewed by the LA County Fire Department.
