With summer fast approaching, Southern California beaches are gearing up for the yearly migration of beachgoers flocking to our sand and surf. Also on the horizon, Los Angeles County Beaches and Harbors will once again implement their standard summer filming restrictions.
The 2025 Summer season will span from Saturday, May 17th to Sunday, September 7th. Please note the following limitations during this period.

| Malibu Surfrider Beach (including the parking lot) | Every Day |
| Venice Beach at the Breakwater and “Avenues” towers (Ave 18-Ave 26 towers) | Every Day |
| Zuma Beach – at all towers* | Every Day |
Please note that the weekend restriction for all Los Angeles County parking lots means no equipment left over weekends.
