FilmLA Coordinator Brain Palmert was fantastic! For Crime 101, we permitted a complex car chase in North Hollywood. With Brian’s collaboration, we were able to close sixteen blocks in the Arts District for five nights. Filming was a huge success for the filmmakers as well as affected residents and businesses. Brian’s skill set and great communication made it all possible.
