Cesar Chavez Day Permit Deadlines 2025

The City and the County of Los Angeles, as well as some other jurisdictions we serve, will be observing Cesar Chavez Day on Monday, March 31st, 2025, causing changes to the standard permit deadlines.  

Please note that all permits are due by 10am on the date listed below.

The deadlines listed below are for simple permits. Special effects, lane/road closures, drones and other high impact activity, and unique locations such as the LA River and Port of Los Angeles will require more lead time.

The deadlines are subject to change at the direction of the cities we work with.
