LA City Department of Recreation and Parks Moves to Online Reservations

We are happy to announce that the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks has added their reservation process to FilmLA’s online reservation site. This project is the result of over a year’s work between FilmLA and the Park Film Office, that will allow the film industry to view availability and book LA City Park locations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The reservation system went live during the week of March 15 and will continue to be improved upon as we move forward.

Accessing reservations is simple. Go to reservations.filmla.com, create a user account and log in. Users will be able to see park availability and will be informed if the location they want is only available via waitlist. Currently, users are not able to see their place in line or information about who is ahead of them.

Another change you will notice is that the park reservation number has been replaced with an alphanumeric booking number. This number is not necessary to use, as your reservation can be verified by Park Film Office staff using just your name, park location and requested date(s).

Changes to existing reservations or questions about park use such as regulations, limitations on activity, etc. can still be directed to the Park Film Office at 323-644-6220.

Requests for technical assistance or questions regarding the FilmLA reservation system can be directed to reservations@filmla.com or by contacting a Solution Services Representative at (213) 977-8600.
