FilmLA has been made aware of performance issues affecting the loading times of park properties through the online reservations system. There is a significant lag time for properties to initially load on the landing page, which can affect the search results and the ability to select a location and/or dates.
The issue is currently being addressed but may take a few days to become fully resolved. In the meantime, we encourage users to utilize Chrome as their web browser when booking reservations, and to prepare for a delay of up to two minutes when reaching the landing page before utilizing the search function.
