The 2023 LA Marathon will be taking place Sunday, March 19, 2023.
FilmLA has confirmed with DOT that the 2023 course is the same as 2022.
Starting at Dodger Stadium, the marathon will follow a route that crosses into Downtown, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood, Brentwood, and Santa Monica, then loops back to end in Century City. The 2023 LA Marathon course map can be viewed here.
Film production companies should be aware of the course and street closures associated with the event. Street closures begin as early as 2 am on the day of the marathon. The lists of street and freeway closures can be found here.
